in Georgia who takes BCBC of Ga PPO

I have to get this 'FLAP' taken off. I am near 2 yrs post op and have been having rashes,wetness,odor control problems,and frustration with this FLAP---it has got to go! I need the names of any Plastic Surgeon who takes BCBS of Ga PPO...I would appreciate and oh yes...any stories of how your surgery went. Thanks!!!
