Has anyone had a scar revision and wound debridement following a panniculectomy?

I had the panniculectomy on May 7 and have had issues ever since including two infections, pain, and most recently some fatty tissue has come through my incision. I am scheduled for a revision surgery this Thurs and not sure what to expect...doc is not sure what needs to be done until he opens me back up...feeling a little anxious!!
