Has anyone had a strange body odor at times following RNY?

I am 3 years post op. Down 140#. I notice occasionally, especially after sleeping that I have a strange odor to my sheets, nightgown, etc. I am very hygiene orientated, so it is not a normal body odor. Just wondering if anyone has also experienced this, I can't figure it out. i wonder if I am in ketosis, something I ate or what? I use Devrom faithfully, so it is not that. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
