B12 INJECTIONS

Can any one help me I have had weight G/B all most 4 years ago I have lost 70 pounds an gain back 46 pounds that I have lost from the 70 an can not get the weight back off so iam thinking about the B12 injection with the pills to help u lose weight what to u all think?
