Protein--Supplementing with what type? Soy or WheyY
I see lots of posts regarding using protein powder, flavored and/or unflavored to meet the daily protein requirements, but which is the better assimilated and/or quality of protein powders? Soy or Whey? or something else I should be looking for when purchasing? Thanks!
