has anyone had any type of problems with oral thrush?

i am 6 yrs post-op and las Feb i started having an oral thrush problem. it first starts in my throat and esophagus and then my mouth, it,s very painful and bothersome. i have been to my family Dr. and she has run every type of blood test possible and everything turns up o.k. she is treating me with Diflocan and it does help but when i stop taking it, it always comes back. i,m having this about once a month. i have researched my symptoms on the internet, and it sounds like i have something like "Oropharyngeal Candidiasis" one of the things that causes this is due to nutrition.i was just wondering if anyone has had this or knows anything about it?
