Did any of you who have successfully lost 200+ take suppliments outside the ordinary?
I am 8 months post op and my weight loss has slowed to two lbs. in the past month, (128 total) in spite of my increased activity level (with a personal trainer) and staying with a low carb diet. I take the normal vitamins plus potassium, biotin, acetyl L-carnitine, conjugated Linolaic Acid (CLA), and Omega 3. Did any of you who have sucessfully lost found that any of these, or anything else, helped? I just feel like I'm missing some major component here. Thanks for your help.
