What pre-op tests etc need to be done for a RNY?

I have had my psych eval, 6 month diet with my dr, EKG, TSH levels, etc and now I am just waiting for the insurance company to give us the green light before I get to meet with the surgeon. What other kinds of testing is going to be required? I have seen some members mention sleep tests and such. Also how long is the average I will need to be on a liquid diet before the surgery?
