Weight loss bouncing around - weird or not??

My weight is bouncing back and forth, between 144 and 146, 147. Literally. Today it is 145. Yesterday it was 144. Day before it was 146. A few days bwefore it was 144, then 145. One day, I exercised 7.5 miles at the rec center, between walking/jogging, elliptical and biking. Didn't lose a thing. Then I lost a few pounds back to 144 two days later. Then back up and then down. Is this normal? I watch what I eat and I exercise fairly regularly. Seven months ago, I had the RYN gastric bypass. Is my body just not ready to lose the weight at this moment? My weight loss has slowed down SIGNIFICANTLY. But I am still working on it.
