Need diet pills

I am one year 8 months post op and only lost 70lbs. I need another 30 to reach my goal, but would even be happy with 20 lbs. I can't seem to even lose 10 more, I have been stuck at my weight for 8 months. I started exercising more and changing my eating habits, but nothing seems to work. Please help!!
