When you have a headache what do you take?

I have not taken Tylenol since sugery, and I have a BAD headache tonight. I thought about taking the chewables that my kids take...of course Iwould have to figure out how many. Anyway, does anyone take Extra Strength Tylenol? (RNY 5 months ago)
