Any medications for back pain??

I was just shy of my 6 week mark, and all ready to hit the gym, the following week when I threw my back out. Now it's killing me!! I've been getting treated at the chiropractor, but it's not enough. It's affecting my job,( I can't take any more days off), driving, and basically getting comfortable in any way. I tried Tylenol, but it's doing NOTHING. Is there any other type of pain killer or something I can take? I'm getting no relief from anything at all. And I want to start exercising... I'm gonna try calling my DR. tomorrow, but was just wondering if anybody had some insight. Thanks!!
