hey guys....i am 9 mo out from my lap rny and was just wondering what kind of calorie intakes everybody else is getting in...i do circuit training an hour a day, have an active job and i walk about 20-25 miles a week...i've lost 116 lbs but i'm just wondering if i should be taking in more calories since i work out so much....anybody? by the way....not bragging by any means but i'm still losing about 2 lbs a week if that matters...thanks
