Principal-Associates 4health care-what if you dont lose 30% of org weight on 6mo diet

I have Principal finanical Associates for health care in WI. I have to do a 6mo monitored weight loss program and my doc said insur. requires I lose 30% of orginal weight. I was wondering what if I dont lose that much? Will they still approve me or is it hopeless? I am in my 4th month and my weight has just stayed pretty steady. I am not losing much. Any suggestions or info on how to drop some weight quick or insurance info would be so helpful. I am very worried! my email is [email protected]
