Easter meal ????
Wondering what every one is making for Easter meal.I will be in my 7th week post RNY and able to eat ham.YEA! I was wondering if scalloped potatoes done in a lighter way would be allowed since I am able to eat cheese and mashed potatoes. Asparagus and baby carrots are a family favorite, so since I eat that regularly that I know would be fine to eat. I was thinking of making lemon meringue pie from scratch so that I could use Splenda. That way I could have a tiny fork of the lemon filling at the end of the meal if I still have room. One other quick question... Would I be able to eat a pitted olive or part of on for just a taste?? Any Ideas??? What are you having for your Easter meal and how many weeks/months/years are you after surgery? Happy to be given a second chance at life, Pam
