What can I take to help get rid of stinky gas?

I know this is kinda gross but I don't know what else to do. I am 1 year post op RNY and I've been experiencing really stinky gas. I can't hold them in because I get a really bad tummy ache. Does anyone know if there is something I can take? I've tried beano and gas x and neither help.
