Virus? Spam? Hoax?

I received a message in my inbox the other day from someone. They said they were dying and wanted me to continue to give money to their causes ( with their money). It is a large sum and I don't know this person. Their status is "deactivated member". Have any of you gotten this sent to you? I don't think this is for real, but I've never seen anything like this on OH. Thanks, Marcia
