Has Anyone had a revision surgery

I had Ryn 4 years ago and i toppled off at 225 (i weight 325)...the smallest I became after surgery was 217 and thats was a year later... Now I'm back up to 237...however I stuck to the rules i work out 3 times a week, eat nothing but chicken and veggies because i can't digest any other types of meat without it coming back up, don't drink the soda or even fruit juice! just water, tea (splenda) or coffee...i even went back on supervised diet and i lost 17 lbs but it was back within 4 months...i spoke with my PCP and she suggested a revision surgery with the lapband...has anyone had this done? if so did your insurance cover it? I have a PPO...what did your doctor say? what caused you to have a revision
