Any Alaskans w/medicaide??

I want to start by saying "Thanks" for all who will respond to my ? I absolutely love this website and all the questions posted! Is there anyone in Alaska that has had WLS or is pre-op for WLS? I am wondering if anyone has Alaska State Medicaide and have you had positive experience w/them? How hard was it for you to get approved,or how easy was it for them to deny the pre auth? I will be seeing Dr.Michael Todd in Anchorage. THANKS ,Again for any responses!! Kimberly
