Anybody out there who had wls and did not loose any weight ?

Hi I'm six weeks post op and my weight loss stoped. I have been in a plateu for almost three weeks. I spoke with my Dr.'s nurse and she said some people will stop loosing weight almost right away. I'm terrified this will happen to me. i lost 20 lbs fairly fast , but no more. Please Help !!!
