Has anyone tried Spirutein Protein Shakes

Hello. I'm just returning to the site after being away for awhile. I'm very excited about reconnecting with people who share the struggle on a daily basis. I"ve read many posts and haven't seen "spirutein" mentioned in the realm of protein shakes. I was wondering if anyone has tried it or if there are any suggestions about what I should look for in its nutritional labeling so I can decide if its best for me and my pouch. Thanks!
