was wondering, if POST OP, anybody drinks coffee?

I am very curious, if post op, it is possible to drink coffee? Is there a limit to how much liquid ( non caloric) can be had at one time? Does it make you sick? I am not a soda drinker, but, I do like crystal light. Thank you.
