help with lingo please

I've been trying to research Breast Augmentations and Tummy tucks, but a lot of the ppl on all the different sites use all kinds of different lingo........like what is the lingo for UNDER the muscle and the difference between a tummy tuck and a panni or whatever it's called?? Anyone know where I can get a list of all of these things?? THANKS
