HELP!!! Very disappointed!
Help! I'm 2 weeks out and have only lost 11lbs. I don't weigh myself everyday but for 4 days now I've been at a stand still, I even gained 1 lb. I've been exercising...1 mile walk 4 days this week and I've been drinking my protein. I just started dice protein. Any comments would help. I feel like it's a waste and I'm hoping thats not true.
