I have spoken to three plastic surgeons' offices. They have told me that either they are not contracted with insurance companies/or they make you pay up front and then they will process claim for surgery. I have Medicare as my primary and Cigna as my secondary. I need tummy tuck/ventral hernia repair and breast lift. All are medically necessary and well documented. I am open to any suggestions.
