My abdomen is swollen and so bloated I can't tell if I am full?

I am 6 days post op from RNY gastric Bypass and Hiatal hernia repair. I have a constant achy, full, bloated feeling above my navel in the mid abdominal area that Is more noticeable when I stand up. I can't tell if my stomach pouch is full or not so I have not wanted to drink but I also feel dehydrated so I still try to drink but that feeling gets worse like I am going to bust. Has anyone else felt this?
