Protein source

I like all the replies to the gal that wants to lose eight lbs, however I have a question? I can't tolerate protein from an animal source, so how do I get protein if I don't supplement from a shake? I take one shake a day, then I eat beans,cheese, yogurt, and not too much more. My NUT told me to have 85 grams of protein daily.
