How can I get my meds in?

I have some meds that I still need to take. My Dr. said that I could crush them...Well, I've tried and tried to add to pudding and applesauce. I gag and just want to throw up! Only three days out....I hope this nausea will disappear..any little amount of food or drink...yuck! Everything tastes awful!
