How many cc's does anyone have in there band to get restriction, I have the realize

10 cc band since 12-24-09,I've had 2 fills already,now on the 48hrs liquid diet post fills. I've lost to date 25 lbs since surgery and total of 37lbs from proeop diet. When will I know I have enough restriction, So far I have 5cc's,and what is everyone else eating and size portions. I'm a little confused on how much to eat and what, I can eat almost anything. I've been using sugar free candy for a little something sweet, is that ok. Thanks for any response.
