Where can I get affordable B-12 Injections to give to myself

I use to get the Hight B injections from my pcp before I moved accross the state at about $100 a shot once a month. I now have a job that could never afford that and my weight is 200 plus and climbing, so I really need to find out where and how to get the injections at an affordable price and how to give them to my self or my guy to give them to me. I would love any help on this. I also did find on a vetrinarian site a vial of B-multi @ 250 ml for $9.50 plus $10.00 shipping, and does that mean I could get 8 30 ml shots out of it?? Would love some help with this please!! Ruth
