2 years out....a few issues.....are they normal?

I'm 2 years out and I know this sounds gross, but I always have smelly gas all day that is rather uncontrollable.....my bowel movemenets are rather large and nothing like I have ever seen. Is this normal or is my diet perhaps causing this. I still go through spells of depression and fight to keep my weight up. Foods make me feel sick and my doctor thinks I am anorexic BUT I snack all day. I can't see my surgeon anymore because my insuance changed.....does anyone else have these issues?
