Thank you Tammie for your voice, I am one of those people that am now afraid to post a question.because I feel that I am being put down even mores to discourage. I am at a very big stall in my weight lost. I am not losing any more not gaining neither, that is a good thing but feel that I cannot post my concern because I am afraid that I will just be put to shame. I am sorry but you are so right Tammie, people can be so harsh and cruel and have forgotten where they started from on there WL journey. Thank you all for listening. Jennie
