I had my EGD and now my Dr.

has put me on OMEPRAZOLE because he found 3 ulcers and my surgery is scheduled for July 29th. He wouldn't explain what could happen if they are not gone cause he said I was to "out of it" and I wouldn't remember. Has anyone had this happen so close to a surgery date and what did your dr. do? Oh he also told me to cut out all spicy,caffeinated, and acidic foods. Which I have. PS I am having the RNY.
