Unexplained right side pain...need major help PLEASE!!!

I had lap rny a little over 3 yrs ago and for over a yr now have been having severe pain on my right side just below my rib cage. This past Oct., I had another lap surgery for endometriosis during which a general surgeon came in and performed an appendectomy and took a look around to see if there was any scar tissue or something else going on but found nothing else. When someone pushes on my right side I just about jump off the table in pain and suffer in pain for days after but have had just about every test imaginable and nothing has been found. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me because now I just feel like I'm going to have to live hopelessly in pain forever:(
