no insurance don't qualify for medicaid because I have a job .

I don"t qualify for a loan because I don't make enough $ on my job. Does anyone have any information on foundations or organizations I could contact that would help me? I despartly need WLS and I feel like this is my last attempt at getting some help. Please any suggestions on what I can do?
