Help!! I'm living in dif. country and having Weak spells, dizzyness, tingling...

Help! I have to diagnose myself, I had my gastric bypass in may of 2005, and moved here at the end of 2005. My doctors here don't know much about gastric bypass, and I am having some strange symptoms. I'm experiencing dizzy spells, just general weakness, and tingling, or numbness in my tongue, tips of my fingers, toes and lips. What is going on?? What vit. dif. could I have? I also had a baby (oops) 6 months ago and am wondering if that sucked the stores of vitamins dry. If you know anything that I could be taking, please help!
