How to stop losing weight and maintain the weight I am now

I am 10 1/2 months out and I went from 256 to 141 but I am still losing and I want to know how to maintain my weight? My doctor said I should eat 2200 calories a day but that is very hard because I am still without an appetite. I probably eat 1000 (if I am lucky) a day. Any suggestions on what to eat?
