Any NJ surgeons out there who will accept what NjPlus pays as "payment in full"????

I have received paperwork from Dr Onopchenko that he must be paid balance within 30 days, but i have no idea exactly the total cost of this surgery. I need a surgeon who will accept what my insurance will pay them as payment in full.
