Changing careers 1 yr post op, Will cigna ppo cover my bloodwork?

My WLS surgeon requires bloodwork every three monthes, and a yearly visit at this point. I am pretty sure cigna will cover the visit since it's a little under a year away. My question is - will cigna PPO (thru Papa John's corporate) cover the bloodwork needed every 3 monthes??? Does any one know???
