Wellbutrin XL----Has anyone only taken 150mg.? 300 about sends me out of my skin.

Have to take Ambien CR to sleep. Tried other AD, but WAY too many bad side-effects. I was on 300 for 3 weeks and felt like I couldn't breathe. Dr. said to back it down to 150. Just was curious if anyone else had luck on that dosage.
