Which surgery did you choose and why?

This is going to look like ALOT of ???, but I am just really curious so I would just like to take a survey to find out: Which surgery did you have done? What are the reasons that you chose this type? What kind of results have you had? Did you have any complications? Have you ever wished you had a different surgery and which? Long Term Post-Ops, have you gained any back? Have you ever been sorry that you had WLS?
