Has anyone had problems w/ swelling feet and ankles before surgery?

Suddenly, my feet and ankles are swelling all the time. I've been put in a diuretic that helps a little. My Doc. thought that it might be my kidneys, but so far all tests have come back fine. I was just worried that I might not be able to have WLS...
