IS THERE A HAND HELD ICE CRUSHER?

I am looking for the lazy man's (woman's) way to make my protein shake. I would like to make them like the smoothies with alot of crushed ice but don't want to mess with big ice crushers. Any suggestions would sure be appreciated. I am pre op (Aug) and absolutely love this sight. A GREAT BIG THANKS TO ALL OF YOU
