Have anyone have problems with shakes giving you diarrhea?

I recently had the vertical sleeve. I am in the 3rd stage of liquids, mashed potatoes, sf puddings etc. etc. The sweets are getting to me. I am lactose as well. I have 5 more days to 4th stage. Thanks!
