EYE WRINKLES at age 31

I am 31 years old and 14 months post op. I had gastric bypass in January of 2009, and have lost around 120 lbs, went from 286 to 165. I just noticed this past month that I have recently gotten wrinkles under my left eye. I don't have them under my right eye. I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them, and if there is anything I can do about it? It isn't really too bad, but I can notice them. There are about 3 or 4 and makeup seems to cake in them. They are more noticeable when I have foundation/concealer on, but I can also see them when I have no makeup on, too.
