has anyone had RNY surgery in Mexico?

my insurance will not pay anything on my wls, so I will have to have my RNY done in Mexico and I am kinda nervous. The facilitaor helping me is very nice. I just hope I leave there with complete constructions on what to eat, what vitamin to take ect. my regular doctor agreed to do the after care, but admits she doesn't know alot about it.
