Intense port area pain and left shoulder pain. I am 4 years post op. WHY??

I am about 4 years post op lap band and 1 year post op tummy tuck. For the last 4 months I have had intense pain in and arround my port site about 10 minutes after eating. The pain also goes up to my left shoulder. It is so intense I cant move. Nothing seems to resolve it (walking,muscle relaxer medications, advil,heat/ice) It will last all day untill I have slept. I will wake up fine but the first time I eat it is back. I am sooo tired of the pain. Any Ideas what this could be? Has anyone else felt like this?
