Embaricing Question

RYN July 16,08 I have lost 130 pounds Pain and returning Hemoroids,I had hemoroids prior to surgery only once in a while, Now all the time lasting several weeks, inch big and eventually bleeds then goes down and I can tolerate it. Seems since loosing the weight they are always around and hurting. anyone else have these after surgery? I do have a doc appt. 745 am tomorrow really not what I wanted to see the doc for.Thanks inadvance
