DR. REY, SPANX, OR WHAT?

hello!! i'm am curious about the shaperwear that everyone is using. i was told about spanx and checked out their website and their stuff is kinda pricey. then i watched dr. rey on HSN and his stuff seemed nice but not as pricey. what do y'all think and what do y'all use to help control your skin? thanks in advance!
