Any advise? Feeling guilty.

I blew it big time. There was a retirement party at work for 3 coworkers where they had three huge chocolate cakes. I wasn't even thinking and ate 2 small pieces. CRAP! And I didn't get sick. I didn't even think about it at the time. Then it dawned on me - what the hack did I just do??? I have been doing so wll with both my diet and exercise, too! Feeling very guilty. I don't want to blow it now. Any advise? (I now know that I can eat sugar without barfing). Very guilty.
